The independence of our Group allows us to pursue a true entrepreneurial spirit

Over time, our Group has diversified its activities and expanded its presence, to become after over 100 years of activity a major player in its field. Throughout this time, we have kept two special characteristics: we’ve remained an independent family business, managed for four generations by the Maus family’s vision, and we’ve continued to perpetuate the values of quality, excellence and social conscience held by our founders.

From 1998 and the takeover of Devanlay, the Group began to build a portfolio of lifestyle brands that grew gradually with the acquisition of Aigle in 2003, Gant in 2008, Lacoste in 2012, Tecnifibre in 2017 and, more recently, the Kooples in 2019.
What all these brands share is an independent vision, an ability to adapt, and the courage to transcend boundaries.
